My wellbeing coaching groups take place on zoom and are designed to be supportive, safe and informative small groups.
I believe healing, vitality, growth and joy can be found in community. Not only that but being connected and seen by others in a safe and supportive way can allow us to flourish in life.
I wanted to bring my coaching skills, knowledge and life experience to the groups to add education and understanding of the human experience as a whole.
We have groups of 5 members or less and these members are the same each week and there is no commitment to show up each week.

2 WELLBEING GROUP FORMATS
FEELING SEEN, HEARD AND UNDERSTOOD IS THE KEY TO FEELING WELL SO I HAVE CREATED TWO GROUIP FORMATS THAT CAN ALLOW FOR PEOPLE TO FEEL PART OF A COMMUNITY FROM THEIR FIRST GROUP EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE OUR 'SHARED PASSION GROUPS' AND 'RESONATING STRUGGLES GROUPS'.
NO MATTER WHAT GROUP PEOPLE ATTEND THE INTENTION IS THE SAME. WE CREATE A SPACE WHERE WE CAN SHARE OUR HUMAN EXPERIENCE AND WAY OF LIFE WHILST ALSO FEELING CONNECTED OVER OUR RESONATING STRUGGLES OR SHARED PASSION. ALL LED BY THE COACH WHO WILL OFFER A EDUCATIONAL AND MOTIVATIONAL PERSPECTIVE ALONG WITH KEY QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF.

GROUP STRUCTURE & CONDUCT
WEEKLY GROUPS
Each bespoke group takes place every week at a set day and time. They may be two options per group for example daytime and evening options.
BOOK AS YOU GO
There are no package contracts, monthly subscriptions or tie in payments. You just book and pay as you go
FIXED PRICES
Every group session is set to a price and all bespoke groups are priced at the same rate. You pay via GoCardless and this must be done the day before a session or earlier. Multiple currencies are listed below and links are emailed to you so you can pay.
SAME MEMBERS
Each bespoke group has a limit of 5 members and if someone moves on we agree as a group before inviting a new member in. Members who align with us.
FLEXIBILTY & SCOPE
You can attend and be part of more than one group and move groups if you feel ready too. You also don't need to attend every week
FURTHER SUPPORT
A bonus service is available to all group members who attend sessions 3 times a month or more. You can contact Owen for mentorship between sessions in the form of voice messages on whatsapp or foxer once a week.

KINDNESS & RESPECT
Showing kindness, compassion & respect to other members is essential. We let others speak without interruption.

NO CROSS TALK
We never talk about other members when we share. No presumption or invalidation of other's sharing.
Only share from our experiences.

KEEP IT IN THE GROUP
We never share anything we hear other's say in our group meeting and never contact members outside the meetings.

ADHERE TO THE ABOVE
We acknowledge and agree to the above 3 rules and know we will removed from all groups if we break the code of conduct.

SLOW
Taking time with our journey of healing is so important. To give us time to integrate the insights and emotional responses we have come up for us. To allow our nervous system to regulate each time and strengthen our window of tolerance.

STEADY
It is important to not just dive into the depth of our pain, suffering or resistance. We can risk triggering or traumatising ourselves. It is being steady with our mind and body and allowing space to process. Gaining inner
resources as we go.

SAFE
This is so vital for a recovery journey towards peace & contentment within. Feeling safe allows our nervous system, brain & organs to function optimally. Safety opens the door to hold our pain and nurture healing qualities in the long-term.
THE 3 PRACTICES OF GENTLE SELF AWARENESS

COMPASSION
When we become self-aware of whats going on for us in this moment it is important to meet it with compassion. For example meeting a sense of anger in our body with the compassionate approach of 'I see you anger and I hear you'. Seeking to meet the anger with love and care.

SAFETY
It can be easy for us to notice things about ourselves and have shame or disgust around it. We can notice the things we do in a moment are because we don't feel safe in our bodies or environments. Can we seek to create a sense of safety within. Knowing what feels safe.

NON-JUDGEMENT
Without the previous two steps it can be easy to fall into judgement about who we are, what we have done and criticise our behaviour. Self awareness with non judgment is powerful. Can we see our reactions make sense in the act of survival or the search for our needs to be met
