'Explore' We seek to discover what it is your body and mind is doing that may be keeping you stuck, lost or disconnected from a meaningful life. ​'Learn' We work together to explore what kind of life and experiences you want. We also look at what matters to you and the kind of person you want to be. There may be some psycho education and exercises to try together. ​'Move Forward' We team up to experiment with new behaviours, patterns and ways of being that can help you move forward to a value led & connected life. Including the option to have me support you for a week after your session via direct messages. A little about me... ​I have worked as a personal trainer and massage therapist for 10 years. I am qualified in Life Coaching (Level 4) and completed courses in 'ACT' for beginners and Trauma Focused 'ACT' (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I am fully insured and engage in peer to peer supervision whilst doing continued professional development each year.
